We're growing and scaling fast, and we need a Senior Backend Engineer who can deliver high-quality integrations, shape engineering standards, and help accelerate how quickly new providers go live. How we work: We're product-minded squads with strong ownership, candid feedback, and measurable outcomes. We build, run, and continuously improve the tech that powers Superbet's customer experience. What you'll do Build integrations end-to-end - design contracts, implement services, write tests, and ship with confidence. Own reliability - define SLIs/SLOs, set up observability (metrics, logs, traces), and join on-call. Keep systems healthy - tackle production issues, reduce tech debt, and simplify through pragmatic refactors. Work across boundaries - collaborate with Product, Compliance, SRE, Data, Security, and external partners to keep delivery smooth.
