## Description

We are looking for a German-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our customer support team in Barcelona. This is an office-based role focused on providing high-quality technical assistance and customer support within the automotive and industrial manufacturing sector.
The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for German-speaking customers, handling technical inquiries, troubleshooting product-related issues, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution while maintaining a strong customer experience., Provide first- and second-line technical support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to automotive and industrial products or systems
Guide customers through clear, step-by-step solutions and best practices
Accurately document all customer interactions and technical findings in internal systems
Escalate complex or unresolved cases to higher-level technical teams when required
Collaborate with internal departments such as engineering, quality, and logistics
Ensure compliance with internal processes, service levels, and quality standards
Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
