## Description

Als IT Solutions Engineer ben jij dé specialist achter de IT- en AV-oplossingen aan boord van schepen. Je werkt aan nieuwe én bestaande klantomgevingen waarin je bouwt aan complete systemen: van netwerken, WiFi en CCTV tot IPTV, allemaal gekoppeld aan satelliet- en mobiele internetverbindingen. - Jij ontwerpt en bouwt netwerkoplossingen - van een simpele USG tot geavanceerde SD-WAN firewalls. - Je bent betrokken vanaf het eerste klantcontact tot de oplevering van het systeem, inclusief pre-sales advies en technische realisatie. - Je gaat ook zelf aan boord om systemen in bedrijf te stellen - in binnen- én buitenland. - De basis is ons kantoor in Rotterdam, maar je bent ook bereid af en toe te reizen.
Jouw werk is afwisselend, zelfstandig en technisch uitdagend. En je expertise is onmisbaar: je denkt actief mee in het standaardiseren van onze maatwerk ITAV-oplossingen.
Wat ga je doen in het kort? - Ontwerpen, bouwen en implementeren van ITAV-projecten - Proactief beheren van klantomgevingen Adviseren van klanten en collega's bij technische vraagstukken - Optreden als 3e lijns support engineer - Inbedrijfstelling van systemen aan boord - Bijdragen aan standaardisatie van onze oplossingen - Meedraaien in de 24/7 storingsdienst (ongeveer 1x per 6 weken)
