You also have very good knowledge about the information exchange between these SAP modules and the SAP FI/CO environment. o You have good knowledge on quite some other industry related modules or domains: PP, (E)WM, PM, CS, QM, MDM, SRM, Intrastat, … o You are skilled in ECC and S/4HANA (private/public) cloud environments. o You understand ABAP (OO), so you can easily cooperate with technical consultants in e.g. a debugging session. o Functional experience with SolMan on service desk and CRM modules is a strong asset o You communicate fluently in French and English. Both orally and in writing. Good knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset. o ITIL experience is a strong asset. ## Description o You daily execute second- and third-line remote support interventions in SAP for a number of customers: issue solving, realizing changes, assisting key-users. o The product range to support for our customers implies SAP ECC suite, SAP S/4HANA environments and SAP add-on products developed by SOA People o You interact with SAP AG to tackle customer issues in the standard product, in line with the SAP License Maintenance contract in place. o For our SAP add-on products, you interact with the SOA People product development team to discuss customer issue solutions or demands for future extensions. o You provide additional RTS services to our customers: occasional on-site meetings or workshops with customers, functional assistance during a planned go-live, mini-projects to extend the functionality of an implementation. o You have full responsibility over the topics you are dealing with, in defining the functional solution, in the implementation and in the surrounding cooperation with the involved customers. o You pro-actively communicate about the status and result of your work with all stakeholders: customers, service desk coordinator, colleague consultants, service delivery managers, RTS management. o In case of operational issues, you escalate the matter internally to the service desk coordinator. o You mainly work in Waver (Belgium) or in Lyon (France).
