Bring your aptitude and build upon what you do best for our customers, partners, team, and you., * Hands-on experience within an MSP, ideally as a Modern Workspace Consultant, Cloud Consultant, Project Engineer/Consultant or Technical Project Manager * Strong practical knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Azure Cloud. * Multi-tenant mindset: comfortable running repeatable services across many customer tenants, not just one enterprise environment * Fluency in MSP business: managed services economics, service desk reality, standardization vs exceptions, recurring revenue, tenant drift and tool sprawl * Thinks in service packages, not features: sees how device, app, functional roles and user management combine into one repeatable service * Strong translation ability: shapes the same value story for the service desk lead, technical lead, MSP owner and sales * Partner empathy: recognizes maturity differences and resistance to change, builds confidence through practical first steps * Consultative communication: leads discovery, challenges constructively and holds your ground with technical credibility, even when the message is disruptive * Enjoys knowledge sharing: running workshops, mentoring others, enabling partner teams * Fluency in Dutch and English Knowledge in the following areas are a plus: * Microsoft certifications on Intune, Azure or Entra ID (we'll support you in growing these further) * Ambition to work towards Microsoft MVP status * Prior exposure to AvePoint or Microsoft 365 governance solutions * Familiarity with Azure Security Management: misconfiguration detection, monitoring, backup and posture optimization * Experience designing and delivering technical bootcamps or partner enablement programs * Previous partner-facing consulting or channel experience at a software vendor ## Description The Channel Consultant helps MSP partners turn Microsoft-based technology into scalable, profitable managed services. You sit between the partner's operational reality, the Microsoft technical foundation, and the AvePoint Elements value story, guiding partners to standardize delivery across many customer tenants, reduce operational overhead, improve security posture and build repeatable service motions around Intune, Azure, Entra ID and Microsoft 365. This role is post-sale. It lives where partner adoption either scales or stalls: after the commercial decision, and before the partner is fully operational on Elements as the backbone of their managed services. Your job is to make sure that transition actually happens, with technical credibility and consultative strength., The Channel Consultant supports MSP partners after sale by helping them translate Microsoft cloud, Intune, and Intra ID capabilities and AvePoint Elements into scalable managed services. The role combines technical credibility, MSP business understanding and strong partner-facing communication.
