## About the Role

* You have 4-5+ years of experience in testing and test automation.
 * You have strong programming skills (Python preferred) and experience with automation frameworks.
 * You are familiar with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and version control systems (Git).
 * You understand testing methodologies, test design, and defect management.
 * You have experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams (software, hardware, embedded).
 * You are comfortable working in an international setup, collaborating with global teams and external partners.
 * You are analytical, proactive, and take strong ownership with effective communication skills.
 * You have ISTQB knowledge or testing certifications.
 * You have experience with motion control systems (DC/BLDC) or requirements of engineering.
 * You have worked with offshore partners and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

## Description

* Drive and expand test automation across products and systems.
 * Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions and frameworks.
 * Plan and execute system, integration, and release testing (manual & automated).
 * Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing.
 * Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure clear reporting and documentation.
 * Define test setups, tools, and equipment, coordinating required resources.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and continuously improve testing practices.
