 * Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.

## Description

* Sie übernehmen Supportaufgaben im Bereich Deskside Services remote und/oder vor Ort an den Kundenlokationen.
 * Behebung von Hardwarestörungen im Rahmen unserer SLAs.
 * Sie unterstützen die Kundenanwender und übernehmen Reparatur und Instandsetzung von Servern, Disk- und Tape-Storage und Netzwerk-Infrastruktur-Komponenten.
 * Ebenfalls übernehmen Sie laufende Wartungs- und Servicearbeiten im Server- und Storage-Umfeld.
 * Sie unterstützen im Projektgeschäft im Hardware-Lifecycle, bestehend aus mobilen Endgeräten, Netzwerkkomponenten, Image-Betankungen sowie Verkabelung, Einrichtung und Durchführung von Umzügen und Rollouts.
