Weiterhin muss der Techniker folgende Key Skills mitbringen:

 * Powerscript
 * SCCM
 * Windows

## Description

* Unterstützung der IT-Abteilungen bei großen Implementierungen und Migrationen
 * Unterstützung und Verwaltung von Übergängen im Lebenszyklus von Kundenprodukten
 * Austausch bewährter Praktiken für das Änderungsmanagement (Bios, Hardware usw.)
 * Bereitstellung von Produkt-Roadmaps und Aktualisierungen neuer Technologien
 * Unterstützung der Kunden bei Produkt- und Lösungs- Eskalationen
 * Informeller Wissenstransfer mit Kunden
 * Technische Vertiefungen und Demonstrationen von Unternehmens- und Kundenprodukten
 * Unterstützung des Kunden bei der Planung und Entwicklung von Produkten und Lösungen
 * Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung und Prüfung der Kundenbewertung
 * Kundenberatung über die Produkte, Services und Lösungen
 * Austausch von Best Practices für IT-Rechenzentren
 * Kundenbild & H W für die Liste der zugelassenen Lieferanten zertifizieren
 * Geräte auf Kompatibilität prüfen
 * Treiber Anbindung anpassen, z.B. die Reihenfolge ändern usw.
 * Testgeräte bei Kunden anfordern, Tracken usw.
