 * Frühzeitiges Erkennen und Beseitigen von Hindernissen, Konflikten und Risiken
 * Schulung und Mentoring neuer Mitarbeiter
 * Strukturierte und fokussierte Moderation von Scrum-Events und übergreifenden Workshops
