 * Dokumentieren der Supportvorgänge und Lösungsdokumentationen

 * Weiterentwickeln der Infrastruktur inkl. Kapazitäts- und Performancemanagement
 * Entwickeln von IoT-Geräten für die Produktion
 * Unterstützen bei der Beurteilung und Bewertung neuer Technologien
 * Planen von Netzwerkinstallationen, Wartungsarbeiten und der IT-Hardware
 * Ausbauen von standardisierten Serviceabläufen
 * Betreuen der Client-Systeme auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene
