 * Kenntnisse in der Systemadministration (Jira, Confluence) wünschenswert
 * Sehr gute Kenntnis von Arbeitstechniken, z. B. Moderationstechniken, Präsentationstechniken und Visualisierungstechniken
 * Ausgeprägte Managementkompetenz, Konfliktfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Selbstorganisation und Argumentationsvermögen

## Description

* Unterstützung bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung und Mitarbeit auf Augenhöhe
 * Beratung und Coaching von internen Kund:innen zu agiler Produktentwicklung oder Projekten, die klassische Vorgehensmodelle nutzen
 * Erstellung, Weiterentwicklung und Pflege übergreifender Methoden und Techniken im Softwareentwicklungsprozess
 * Übernahme von Rollen und Aufgaben in Kundenprojekten und Vorleben der Prinzipien und Werte der Organisationseinheit
 * Durchführen von Trainings zu den angewandten Methoden und Werkzeugen
 * Implementieren von Kundenanforderungen, die die Kund:innen in ihrer Arbeit bei der Anwendung der internen Werkzeuge unterstützen
 * Beobachtung des Marktes zu aktuellen Entwicklungen und Innovationen im Softwareentwicklungsprozess
