 * ITIL-Kenntnisse sowie einschlägige Produktzertifizierungen (z. B. NCDA, NCSIE, NCTA oder MetroCluster) sind von Vorteil
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
