 * Von Vorteil: Du kennst Aftersales- oder Serviceprozesse im Automobilhandel - aber kein Muss, den Rest bringen wir dir bei.

 * Du steuerst die Projektphasen, behältst Timelines im Blick und bringst alle Beteiligten an einen Tisch.
 * Du arbeitest aktiv in agilen Sprints mit, nutzt Tools wie Jira und bist die Stimme des Kunden im Entwicklungsprozess.
 * Beim Customer Success bleibst du auch nach dem Go-live an deinen Kunden dran und sorgst dafür, dass sie mit unserer Software richtig durchstarten.
 * Du erkennst, wo Prozesse besser werden können - und gestaltest unsere Lösungen aktiv mit.
