* Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Mathematik oder in den Naturwissenschaften.
 * IT- & Coding-Basis: Solides IT-Grundwissen, sicheres SQL-Know-how sowie Praxis in mindestens einer Programmiersprache (z.B. VB / .NET).
 * IAM-Potenzial & Drive: Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit IAM-Tools (bevorzugt One Identity Manager) - falls nicht, bringen wir Dir alles bei! Entscheidend ist Deine hohe Lernbereitschaft.
 * Tech-Affinität: Du bist mit mindestens zwei dieser Themen vertraut: One Identity (oder vergleichbar), AD/LDAP-Berechtigungskonzepte, REST/SOAP-APIs oder SCIM.
 * Teamgeist: Du bist ein echter Teamplayer, der gerne gemeinsam mit Kollegen Lösungen erarbeitet.
 * Kommunikation: Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für das nationale und internationale Projektgeschäft.
 * Flexibilität & Reisebereitschaft: Du liebst die Abwechslung aus Home-Office, Teamwork im Büro und spannenden Vor-Ort-Einsätzen bei Deinen Kunden.
