## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes BWL-Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen, Controlling oder Projektmanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
 * Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung mit agiler Projektarbeit nach Scrum oder Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung oberhalb Basisniveau
 * Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung in klassischen, hybriden und agilen Projektmanagementmethoden mit Projektarbeit nach PRINCE2 o.ä.
 * Methodische Qualifikationen im Projektmanagement, z.B. Zertifizierung in SIPE 4.0
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau
 * Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit zentralen IT-Organisationen oder Rechenzentren der öffentlichen Verwaltung
 * Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung mit der Arbeit im KONSENS-Verbund

## Description

Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung und Abwicklung von Teilprojekten im KONSENS-Umfeld 2:

 * Eigenverantwortliche Leitung komplexer IT-Projekte
 * Sicherstellung von Termin-, Qualitäts- und Projekterfolgszielen
 * Mitarbeit in hybriden Projektstrukturen mit Scrum-Elementen
 * Unterstützung bei der Definition und Erreichung von Sprint-Zielen
 * Unterstützung beim Aufbau von Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten im Projektteam
 * Unterstützung bei der Projektplanung und -durchführung
 * Projektdokumentation in Tools wie z.B. Atlassian Confluence
 * Erstellung von Pflichtenheften
 * Durchführung des Anforderungsmanagements
 * Erstellung von Use Cases und Testfällen
 * Koordination und Begleitung von Testaktivitäten
 * Risikoanalyse und -steuerung
 * Abstimmung mit relevanten Schnittstellenbereichen wie IT-Sicherheit und Datenschutz
 * Qualitätssicherung von Projektergebnissen
 * Erstellung und Fortschreibung von Konzepten
 * Wissens- und Know-how-Transfer innerhalb der Projektorganisation
