## About the Role

* Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 * Fundierte Praxiserfahrung in der IT- und/oder OT-Infrastruktur sowie belastbare, nachweisbare IT-Security-Skills.
 * Mehrjährige Praxis in der Anwendung internationaler Standards für Netzwerk-, Industrie- und Informationssicherheit (z. B. ISO 27001, IEC 62443).
 * Sehr gute Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sowie ein tiefes Verständnis für DevSecOps-Ansätze.
 * Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
 * Eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke für den Austausch über verschiedene Hierarchieebenen hinweg.
 * Wünschenswert: Spezifische Zertifizierungen im Bereich Informations- oder Industriesicherheit (z. B. CISSP, CISM, GICSP).
 * Wünschenswert: Erfahrung in der Branchenumgebung Luft- und Raumfahrt, Automotive oder einer anderen hochregulierten produzierenden Industrie.
