 * Excellent communication and leadership skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Familiarity with relevant tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

## Description

* Develop a clear product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.
 * Communicate the vision to the development team and stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned and motivated.
 * Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog.
 * Ensure the backlog is transparent, visible, and understood by the team and stakeholders
 * Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
 * Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
 * Ensure the development team has a clear understanding of the tasks and priorities.
 * Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, changes, and any issues.
