## About the Role

* Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience as developer or business analyst.
 * In depth knowledge of application development lifecycle and environment;
 * Good knowledge of the design and development of web and multi-tier applications;
 * Strong OOP knowledge and design patterns;
 * Good knowledge of modelling tools (e.g. UML);
 * Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, AGILE);
 * Experience with Microsoft ASP .NET 2.0 and 4.0, C# 3.0 and 4.0, .NET Framework 2.0, 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0, ASP.Net Web Forms and MVC, VB.NET
 * Experience with JavaScript, UML 2.0 or above, SQL, Web Services, XML, HTML and CSS

## Description

* Understand the current implementation, develop and implement of new functionalities;
 * Review of source code and other deliverables produced by other teams
 * Produce technical documentation;
 * Assist with deployment and configuration of the system;
 * Assist with evaluating and testing products delivered by other teams;
 * Participate in meetings with the Agency;
 * Solve reported incidents and reproduce reported bugs;
 * Propose viable technical solutions.
 * Source code and configuration items;
 * Creation and updates to work items in TFS;
 * Documentation ;
 * User guide(s).
