Are you an organised individual who enjoys working in a busy office environment? Do you have excellent attention to detail and thrive when supporting VIP customers?, If so, we have the role for you! Our reputable client is currently seeking a Temp to Perm Helpdesk Advisor to join their team due to significant successful growth of their current client base, therefore the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous facilities or construction experience. Excellent telephone and email communication skills are vital for this role, alongside a general knowledge of MS Excel for data management purposes., * Polite and professional telephone manner

 * Experience of managing diaries and co-ordinating works
 * Excellent IT skills, ability to use Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and CRM's
 * Good attention to detail, ability to interpret data
 * Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, * UK Address History: 3 years (required)

 * English Fluently (required)

Licence/Certification:

 * Right to work in the UK (required)

## Description

* Liaise with contractors to co-ordinate emergency building works via telephone
 * Book emergencies call out appointments for customers within a timely manner
 * Respond to urgent incoming telephone and email queries
 * Ensure client information is up to date on internal CRMs
