## Description

Préparation de postes de travail (PC fixes et portables) : masterisation, installation du système d'exploitation, des logiciels et des mises à jour. De serveurs : montage, installation, configuration de base et intégration en baie. De firewalls (pare-feu) : mise en service, configuration initiale, règles de base et documentation. De switchs (commutateurs réseau) : configuration, VLAN, paramétrage des ports.

 * Câblage et raccordement des équipements (routeurs, points d'accès Wi-Fi, onduleurs, etc.).
 * Contrôle qualité et tests de bon fonctionnement du matériel avant expédition ou livraison chez le client.
 * Déploiement chez les clients : installation, mise en réseau et mise en production du matériel préparé.
 * Support technique et dépannage de niveau 1 et 2, diagnostic et résolution des incidents matériels et logiciels.
 * Accompagnement et assistance auprès des utilisateurs lors des mises en service.
 * Rédaction et mise à jour de la documentation technique (fiches de configuration, comptes rendus, inventaire).
 * Traçabilité des interventions et respect des procédures internes.
