## About the Role

* Installation et configuration de Windows 10/11.
 * Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office).
 * Active Directory (intégration de poste, comptes utilisateurs)., Formation Bac à Bac +2 en informatique (Bac Pro SN, BTS SIO, BTS CIEL, DUT/BUT Informatique ou équivalent).
 * Première expérience en déploiement.
 * Permis B nécessaire pour se rendre sur site

## Description

Dans le cadre d'une mission de déploiement, le Technicien aura à effectuer les tâches suivantes :

Préparation des équipements

 * Masterisation des postes
 * Installation des applications

Déploiement sur site

 * Mise en place des postes utilisateurs
 * Procéder au remplacement des anciens matériels.
 * Effectuer les transferts de données selon les procédures établies.
 * Configurer les périphériques (écrans, imprimantes, docks, téléphones IP, etc.).
 * Vérifier le bon fonctionnement de l'environnement utilisateur.

Accompagnement des utilisateurs

 * Présenter les principales fonctionnalités du nouveau matériel.
 * Répondre aux questions des utilisateurs lors de la mise en service.
 * Effectuer le support en cas de besoin

Gestion administrative

 * Mettre à jour les outils de suivi des interventions.
 * Compléter les comptes rendus d'installation.
