Associate's degree OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 2 years of full-time work experience in Information Technology or a related field.
2+ years of experience providing IT desktop support in a business or enterprise environment.
2+ years of experience installing software applications and performing hardware upgrades on desktop computers and related server infrastructure.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and access-related issues.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to end users and stakeholders., Mandatory Skills: Desktop Support .

## Description

The purpose of this role is to resolve priority incident tickets and service requests while contributing to incident analysis, change request preparation, and continuous service improvement., Coordinate IT assets, including shipping, receiving, tracking, and inventory-related activities.
Provision user access and support access-related requests within an Active Directory environment.
Manage equipment distribution, including shipping and receiving of desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related devices.
Support training, knowledge creation, documentation, and communication for desktop support processes.
Apply strong prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple support requests and project tasks.
Travel on-site as needed to support end users, hardware setup, installations, and troubleshooting activities.
Image and install workstations and required software applications according to organizational standards.
