## Description

This position is responsible forsupporting and guiding technicians through career growth through engaging, mentoring, and reviewing skillset proficiencies, training opportunities.TheField Service Support Supervisorwill build long-lasting relationships with customers by exploring their needs and expectations,providing specific measurable goals, and achieving results within a customer's expected timeframe.The ideal candidate will proactively communicate with the associates, managers, and customers on repairs, job requirements and scheduled work., * Support Technicians while in the field; including technician needs, efficiencies, training

 * Track open repair orders and ensure timely follow-up
 * Customer visits; including service disputes, quote follow up and customer relations
 * Monitor daily PM completion/repairs for team while ensuring quality and timeliness of PM completion/repairs exceeds customer expectations
 * Operate in a professional and courteous manner to exceed customer expectationsboth in presentation and communication

 * Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's philosophies, vision, strategies and value of "Doing the Right Thing"; Promote the TLM "Toyota Lean Management" philosophy
