 * Strong program management fundamentals on technical cross-functional projects (planning, execution, risk, stakeholder management).
 * Ability to practically apply AI tools to drive productivity and solve program challenges, rather than deep ML engineering.
 * Excellent leadership and communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical groups.
 * Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.

## Description

* Lead highly ambiguous, large-scale programs from inception to launch. Define strategic roadmaps, align cross-functional stakeholders, and proactively mitigate systemic risks.
 * Guide our operational modernization by identifying, evaluating, and scaling advanced AI tools. You will lead the implementation of these critical efficiencies across the SDLC to eliminate bottlenecks.
 * Design and deploy intelligent, frictionless workflows that accelerate time-to-market, allowing our engineering partners to focus entirely on innovation.
 * Serve as a trusted advisor to senior technical leadership. Mentor junior team members and set the standard for execution, driving our mission to build a robust operational foundation.
