## Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Claim and Incident Manager to lead our claims operations and incident response efforts. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end process of property, casualty, liability, and workers' compensation insurance claims, ensuring efficient resolution while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Your expertise will drive fraud prevention initiatives, facilitate claims negotiation, and uphold exceptional standards., * Manage the entire lifecycle of insurance claims, including property, casualty, liability, and workers' compensation cases, from initial report to resolution.

 * Lead investigations into potential fraud cases using fraud detection techniques and analysis skills to identify suspicious activities.
 * Coordinate with adjusters, legal teams, and clients to facilitate claims adjudication in accordance with insurance law and regulatory compliance standards.
 * Negotiate claim settlements effectively through strong claims negotiation skills while balancing company policies and client expectations.
 * Ensure all claims processing activities adhere to insurance regulations and company policies, maintaining thorough documentation for audit purposes.
 * Analyze incident reports and claim data to identify trends, improve processes, and implement proactive risk management strategies.
 * Communicate clearly with clients through various channels to provide updates, answer inquiries, and deliver exceptional customer service.
 * Maintain organizational efficiency by managing multiple claims simultaneously using financial software and claims management systems.
