Our North America Software Center is seeking a talented software engineer with expertise in operations and optimization for MongoDB to join our team. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who is passionate about improving the performance, scalability, and reliability of database and Lakehouse technologies at a global scale. The ideal candidate will combine a deep technical background with a drive to innovate and optimize, ensuring efficient and sustainable operations across TSMC's cloud ecosystem., * Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience. * At least 8 years of experience in database operations and optimization, with hands-on expertise in MongoDB. * Proven track record of improving performance and scalability in complex database and Lakehouse environments. * Extensive experience in software development using programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, Rust, or other relevant languages. * Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with a focus on database and data processing workloads. * Strong technical leadership skills with at least 3 years in a leadership role, setting direction for database and system optimization projects. * Hands-on expertise with version control tools like Git, GitLab, or GitHub. * Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across global teams.
