## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related STEM discipline or equivalent experience/combined education.

 * Proven experience in systems engineering lifecycle, development, requirements decomposition, and application of processes and tools.

 * Professional experience with design, development, and integration of advanced avionics and communications systems to include data links, inertial navigation and GPS, and other related avionics subsystems.

 * Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.

 * Must possess an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance (minimum).

Desired Skills:

 * Advanced degree in electrical, electronics, or systems engineering, or a related STEM discipline.

 * Experience presenting to senior leaders, program management, and external customers.

 * Experience with Earned Value Management System tools/concepts.

 * Proven experience with supplier management.

 * Experience with Military and/or Government programs.

 * Ability to obtain DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance.

Description: Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Systems Engineer - Level 5 to join the Skunk Works Communication, Navigation, and Identification (CNI) Systems team. In this role, you will be leading a technical team that performs engineering functions in support of subsystem design, development, and integration on a variety of CNI systems to include; communications systems, computers, and control and test equipment.
