## About the Role

The ideal candidate is a well-rounded engineer who enjoys wearing multiple hats, can work independently, and has experience building and scaling production applications from the ground up. You'll play a key role in developing AI-enabled applications, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and platform capabilities while collaborating within a small, highly agile engineering team., * 8+ years of experience within software engineering, or full stack development, building production-grade applications

 * Experience building AI/LLM-enabled applications

 * Experience building AI assistants, copilots, conversational interfaces, or AI-powered applications leveraging LLMs.

 * Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and modern AI integration patterns

 * Hands-on experience architecting and deploying cloud-native applications

 * Strong understanding of system design, reliability, observability, and performance optimization

 * Proven ability to independently own and deliver complex technical initiatives end-to-end

 * Experience working in smaller engineering teams where engineers contribute across multiple disciplines

 * Strong DevOps mindset and infrastructure ownership experience

Previous experience in startup, scale-up, or high-growth environments Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with FastAPI

 * Experience with React and Python

 * Technical leadership or mentoring experience

 * GCP experience
