This role ensures system reliability and performance through testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Responsibilities * Coordinate with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, and IT/MES teams to develop and deploy Equipment Interface software and hardware for process, metrology, characterization, and reliability tools. * Manage semiconductor equipment SECS/GEM communication and process characterization. * Document Equipment Integration requirements and as-built per tool interface. * Configure and deploy RMS, FDC, and APC applications. * Track Equipment Integration development and deployment in project tracking and code management software. * Other related functions as assigned., The retirement plan for this position is Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to the position being at least 20 hours per week and at least 135 days in length. This position has the option to elect the Optional Retirement Program (ORP) instead of TRS, subject to the position being 40 hours per week and at least 135 days in length., Employees may be required to report violations of law under Title IX and the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act).
