As a key member of this group, you will drive engineering excellence, develop subject matter experts, and optimize lab resources to advance the craft in RF Systems hardware development. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting Internal Research and Development (IRAD) efforts, fostering a culture of innovation. Your leadership will guide the development team to create products that meet customer requirements and transition them to production to deliver to the warfighter., Lead and Manage Engineering Team: Guide a team of engineers to design, develop, and demonstrate innovative technical solutions, ensuring high-quality technical demonstrations and product delivery that meet customer needs and exceed expectations. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other engineering disciplines, marketing, and product management to ensure alignment and successful product launches. Execute Hardware Solutions: Lead the team in executing hardware solutions, ensuring adherence to engineering processes and best practices. Develop Technology Roadmaps: Collaborate on the development of technology roadmaps, leveraging design and test solutions across the portfolio to drive innovation and growth. Ensure Program Success: Collaborate with program engineering managers and other leads to ensure overall program success, including developing and tracking program performance metrics. Communicate Program Status: Communicate program status to internal customers and senior leadership, providing timely and transparent updates on progress and challenges.
