A law firm seeks a Cybersecurity, Privacy & AI Associate to join their team in Boston. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in cybersecurity, privacy, and AI law, working in a collaborative and flexible environment., * Hands-on experience with privacy laws and deal diligence.

 * Familiarity with data-driven technologies, including AI/ML and biometrics.
 * Experience with GDPR/UK GDPR frameworks and international data transfers preferred.
 * Knowledge of HIPAA, ECPA, Patriot/Cloud Act, and GDPR a plus.
 * Experience with data breach response and defense of enforcement actions.
 * Large law firm experience required., * Juris Doctor (JD) degree required., * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
 * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

## Description

* Advise clients on state and federal privacy laws.
 * Conduct deal diligence in mergers and acquisitions, financings, and commercial transactions.
 * Provide strategic counseling on product development and governance programs.
 * Handle data breach investigations and defense of regulatory actions.
 * Support litigation and incident response efforts.
