* Wartung und Unterstützung der IT-Infrastruktur des Standortes, einschließlich Servern, Netzwerken, Systemen und Anwendungen
 * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs am Standort durch Überwachung, Bereitstellung, Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software
 * Lösung von komplexen Problemen, Ursachenanalyse und Behebung
 * Teamübergreifende, lösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit, auch auf Englisch
 * Verwaltung der lokalen IT-Ressourcen
 * Kommunikation und Schulung der Nutzer vor Ort gemäß allgemeiner und unternehmensspezifischer Richtlinien
