Wichtiger als ein lückenloser Lebenslauf ist deine Bereitschaft, dich in komplexere Störungsbilder einzuarbeiten - eine strukturierte Einarbeitung sowie ein hilfsbereites Team am Standort unterstützen dich dabei von Anfang an.

## Description

* Installation, Ausführung und Überwachung der IT-Infrastruktur
 * Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit aller IT-Systeme und ihrer Schnittstellen
 * Betreuung und Pflege des Mobile Device Managements sowie der mobilen Endgeräte am Standort
 * Analyse, Klassifizierung und Bearbeitung eingehender IT-Störungen im Ticketsystem
 * Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche sowie Erarbeitung kundenorientierter Lösungsvorschläge
 * Umsetzung konzernweiter IT-Standards am Standort, Du wirst schrittweise in die IT-Infrastruktur, das Ticketsystem und das Mobile Device Management am Standort eingearbeitet und arbeitest von Anfang an eng mit dem bestehenden IT-Team zusammen.
