 * Experience with event-driven architectures and modern cloud-native platforms
 * Strong understanding of TDD, automated testing and engineering quality practices
 * Experience optimising performance, scalability and reliability within enterprise systems
 * Background working alongside DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering teams
 * Passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning
