Nice to Haves * Experience in last-mile logistics, home delivery, network strategy, or retail/eCommerce fulfillment operations. * Experience in last-mile logistics and network planning, including holistic operational cost-to-serve modeling. * An understanding of eCommerce customer behavior and key operational metrics such as drop densities and on-time delivery rates. * Professional experience within a consulting or advisory role, bringing structured problem-solving to projects with varied stakeholders. * A proven track record of working closely with external partners to deploy and operationalise data solutions at scale. ## Description As a Last Mile Geospatial Analyst in the Global Technology Services (GTS) Analytics team, you'll use data to transform final-stage order fulfilment across the Ocado Smart Platform. Based in Hatfield, you'll deliver insights that improve delivery efficiency, customer satisfaction, and partner performance, with a focus on network planning, resource strategy, and routing optimisation. Working across technology, operations, and international partners, you'll lead high-impact analytics projects, influence strategic decisions, and help drive lower costs and reduced carbon emissions.
