What You'll Be Doing In this role you'll play a pivotal part in supporting and enhancing our revenues and benefits processes, acting as a skilled system administrator with a strong technical focus. You will take ownership of system configuration, serve as a primary link between our supplier and internal support teams and lead key activities across audit, data migration and end to end testing. Working closely with our Senior Analyst and Project Manager, you'll contribute to continuous optimisation, ensuring our platform is robust, efficient and aligned to evolving business needs., We aim to foster a culture where people feel confident to share ideas, contribute their expertise, and develop through meaningful conversations with their managers and supported learning opportunities.
