The AI Solutions Engineer is accountable for designing, building and deploying AI-powered agents and automated workflows across critical business processes. Operating at the intersection of engineering, AI and operations, you'll work directly with business teams to understand workflows, integrate enterprise systems and deliver production-ready agent solutions that drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality and experience. You'll translate complex workflows into scalable, reusable agent-driven solutions and bridge the gap between AI capability and real-world business impact.
