* A clear demonstrated history of achieving organic follower and engagement growth over all major social channels
 * A portfolio of work illustrating the ability to produce engaging social media content in both video and stills.
 * Clear, direct writing style; not a reliance on AI generated content.
 * Comfortable with design tools (e.g. Canva) and basic Excel
 * Organised, able to juggle multiple venues and deadlines
 * Interest in live music, events, and Highland hospitality a bonus

## Description

* Plan and post social media content across all venue channels
 * Create graphics, copy, and short-form video for shows and promotions
 * Draft and send email campaigns
 * Support paid social and Google Ads activity
 * Assist with ticketing (Universe, FareHarbor) and show/website builds (Wix)
 * Produce event collateral: posters, menus, flyers
 * Track campaign performance
 * Support general promotion for events within Inverness
