Prior global NGO experience preferred. ## Description The Technical Program Manager will support the Enterprise Applications team in enabling IRC's future state IT support model through the delivery of system enhancement and integration projects, primarily within the ServiceNow platform. This includes managing the design and delivery of ServiceNow enhancements and integrations with other enterprise systems, coordinating release schedules, and ensuring technical solutions are well-documented, tested, and supportable as the platform evolves to meet growing organizational needs. In this role, the Program Manager will use Agile methodologies to manage program workstreams, including product backlog management, sprint planning, and task management, acting as scrum master by educating the team on scrum, facilitating scrum events, and removing obstacles faced by engineering and technical teams. They will work closely with solution architects, developers, and business system analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications, manage cross-system dependencies, and maintain clear technical documentation for partners across the organization.
