Agile experience and expertise an advantage. * Have an understanding of electronic signature platforms, best implementation practices, and experience of working on integrations with Web Services, Single Sign On (SAML and OAuth) and REST APIs * Good understanding and experience of HTML/CSS and web communication protocols, including HTTP * Ability to clearly communicate and present high level technical solutions to a range of stakeholders, clearly demonstrating how they deliver customer value. * Basic familiarity with Salesforce, Office 365, Workday cloud vendors, or other cloud hosting providers such as Azure or AWS. * Familiarity with at least two of the following server-side programming languages (Java, Python, NodeJS, C#, or Ruby); full proficiency is a plus * Experience of working effectively with sales teams and a good understanding of the dynamics of the sales process to assist with activity scoping and estimations * Strong problem solving and analytical skills, including ability to produce clear observations, analysis and conclusions based on customer interviews and data * Excellent customer facing skills with experience presenting to senior level and decision maker audience to achieve their buy-in. * Ability to multi-task and prioritise across multiple projects at the same time. * Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant industry experience * Special consideration given for experience with Client's Sign (or competing products), Document Cloud solutions and Experience Cloud solutions. ## Description * Be an expert in client's Sign product. Have an intimate understanding of its functionality, its technical capabilities and how it delivers value. * Work with customers and your peers to understand and develop functional and technical requirements, build the implementation strategies and roadmaps, and own overall solution quality and value realisation for the customer. * Help customers to successfully adopt Client's Sign after their implementation.
