## About the Role

* Minimum 5 years of higher studies after secondary school;
 * Minimum 13 years of relevant professional experience after studies;
 * Minimum 2 years of experience in architecture and design of information systems;
 * Minimum 2 years of experience in development of information systems;
 * Minimum 2 years of experience with UML or CASE tools;
 * Experience with relational databases;
 * Experience in web technologies;
 * Experience with Agile software development (refactoring, test-driven development, user story modelling);
 * Good knowledge of: enterprise architecture, business processes analysis;
 * Knowledge of software maturity models;
 * Strong capacity in writing and presenting studies, ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator;
 * Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment;
 * Prior experience in the banking sector, with emphasis on resolution activities is mandatory;
 * Participation in developing crisis management application(s) is mandatory;
 * Very good knowledge of the English Language.
