* Experience working in a 2nd Line IT Support role
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server & Active Directory
 * Experience supporting Cloud platforms, ideally Microsoft Azure
 * Good networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, switching, routing, and firewalls
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
 * A genuine interest in Cloud technologies, AI, and modern IT environments
 * MSP experience is highly desirable but not essential
