* 4+ years of overall commercial software development experience.
 * 2+ years of production experience with Golang.
 * Strong understanding of Go concurrency, including goroutines and channels.
 * Experience with microservice architecture.
 * Hands-on experience with gRPC and REST APIs.
 * Experience with PostgreSQL.
 * Experience with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ.
 * Experience with Docker.
 * Understanding of scalability, high availability, and backend system reliability.
 * Experience with backend testing.
 * Familiarity with Grafana and Prometheus.
 * English level: B2 or higher.

Nice to have:

 * 3+ years of production experience with Go.
 * Experience in fintech, banking, or insurance projects.
 * Experience designing backend architecture.
 * Experience with AI integrations.
 * Experience owning services from initial design through production support.

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go.
 * Build and support REST and gRPC APIs.
 * Develop event-driven integrations using Kafka and/or RabbitMQ.
 * Work with PostgreSQL and optimize database interactions.
 * Take ownership of services throughout the full lifecycle, from design and implementation to deployment and production support.
 * Ensure system scalability, high availability, reliability, and performance.
 * Write and maintain backend tests.
 * Monitor and troubleshoot services using Grafana and Prometheus.
 * Collaborate with distributed international teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
 * Contribute to the integration of AI-powered functionality where applicable.
