## Description

Olympia is hiring a Junior Business Technology & Automation Specialist, an early career role for someone who loves helping people use technology and wants to grow into automation and workflow improvement.

You'll be the internal front end to our managed IT/security partner (Advantage Technology), supporting users, improving Microsoft 365 adoption, and helping build automations that make work easier across a 325 employee, multibranch company.

What You'll Do

 * Help users with everyday Microsoft 365 questions (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
 * Triage support requests and escalate cleanly to Advantage when needed.
 * Build simple workflows using Power Automate, Forms, Lists, and Planner.
 * Document common issues and create user friendly guides.
 * Identify manual work that should be automated.
 * Support adoption of Copilot and other Microsoft 365 tools.
 * Work with departments to understand how work gets done and where processes can improve., Olympia is investing in better systems, automation, and Microsoft 365. To get the full value, we need someone close to the users, someone who sees the daily friction and helps turn ideas into practical improvements.
