## About the Role

All hired employees are expected to have experience with Microsoft Copilot and / or an approved equivalent AI solution., * Active Secret Clearance

 * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
 * DoD 8570.01 IAT or IAM Level II certification
 * Minimum 5 years of IT experience focused on ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration
 * Strong experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, and Linux
 * Solid understanding of web services (SOAP) and object-oriented programming principles
 * Experience working with ITIL v3 processes
 * Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform integrations and toolsets
 * Experience supporting DevSecOps practices, including software development, release, and maintenance
 * Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio and Creator Studio
 * Experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, IT Asset Management, Automation Engine, Service Catalog, Incident/Problem Management, Reporting, and Configuration Management
 * Strong customer service orientation with a focus on continuous improvement
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and work independently or collaboratively

Desired Qualifications

 * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
 * ITIL v3 certification
 * Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
 * Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server

## Description

DSA is seeking a ServiceNow Application Developer to support the MilTech customer in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining solutions across the ServiceNow platform in support of mission requirements., * Design and implement solutions to support new features, capabilities, and system integrations within ServiceNow

 * Configure, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow platform implementations across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules following best practices
 * Develop automation and integration solutions across the ServiceNow platform
 * Support ongoing system improvements aligned with mission and customer requirements
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of technical solutions in a secure, mission-driven environment
