## Description

* Independently research and identify the necessary requirements for creating log ins for various insurance payers. Create access for both support and practice team members to facilitate efficient payment processing and access to patient benefit information.
 * Identify gaps in posting automation and initiate new enrollments to transition from paper checks and manual EOBs to EFT/ERA transactions.
 * Investigate inaccuracies or misses in automated systems and develop rules to improve automation rates.
 * Assist with various claims and payment projects assigned by the Insurance Manager.
