## Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Help Desk Specialist to join our inhouse IT support team in supporting users with laptops, applications, legal/litigation-specific tasks, document management, and services., * Support operating systems including MS Office Suite, iManage, pdfDocs, BigHand Digital Dictation, Juris Suite, ShareFile, MS Windows VPN and a variety of remote meeting platforms.

 * Communicate with users both desk side and remotely to efficiently troubleshoot issues, provide advice or solutions, single-handedly, or in concert with co-workers.
 * The ability to travel to regional offices is also required.
