 * 2-3 years of experience in computer hardware repair or IT support.
 * Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
 * Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
 * Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
 * Excellent customer service and communication skills.
 * Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
 * Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
 * Valid driver's license.
 * High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred

 * Experience with HP, Dell, and Lenovo hardware.
 * Experience with Windows deployment and imaging.
 * Experience working in a Help Desk or managed IT services environment., * High school or equivalent (Required), * A+: 1 year (Required)
 * Microsoft Word: 1 year (Required)
 * Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
 * Computer hardware: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

 * Driver's License (Required)

## Description

The IT Service Technician is responsible for supporting day-to-day IT operations, Help Desk services, Windows imaging and deployment, and the repair of laptops, desktops, tablets, and related hardware. This hands-on role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

 * Install, configure, assemble, test, and troubleshoot computer systems, peripherals, and related equipment.
 * Prepare and maintain inventory for Windows imaging and deployment.
 * Repair and service laptops, desktops, tablets, and other devices under warranty for manufacturers including Dell, HP, Lenovo, and other OEMs.
 * Perform Windows 10 and Windows 11 imaging and deployment.
 * Support customer hardware refresh projects and technology deployments.
 * Assist with shipping, receiving, and deployment scheduling for customer projects.
 * Provide Help Desk and technical bench support as needed.
 * Document work performed and follow established change control procedures.
 * Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
