Experience in Windows environment required. Proficient with computer hardware and software including (But not limited to) Windows Server 2012, Windows 11, Microsoft Office 2016 and better, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP servers, VOIP, Backup Systems, Cisco Meraki. A+ Certification is a plus. ## Description Work closely with the IT Director on various projects. Troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware/software, printers, and network related problems throughout the agency. This position requires taking the initiative and being able to perform well under the pressure.
