(BDS), Boeing's Space Mission Systems (SMS) Systems Engineering, Integration & Test Capability, is seeking a (Level L) to join the portfolio of Strategic Space Communication Programs in The selected candidate will be responsible for leading an interdisciplinary team of Ground Systems Engineers and Software Engineers in the design, development, and integration of a Command & Control (C2) software application. You will be a leader of a high-performance systems engineering team interacting with customers, suppliers, program management, integration and test engineers and senior technologists. The ideal candidate will have a background in systems engineering and/or software development and be experienced with cost, schedule, and performance responsibilities.
